Guided Meditation

Meditation is the practise of mind training for the purpose of achieving inner calm, concentration and tranquillity.

Guided Meditation uses visualization as a focusing tool to develop both concentrated awareness and tranquillity in the mind, body and emotions.

The practise of Meditation helps to develop mental resilience to mental, emotional and physical distress, that is to say, meditation helps you cope better with stress.

These Guided Meditation sessions are meant to facilitate your own development of inner peace. Aside from developing and practising inner calm, guided meditation can also increase awareness and control of the subtle energies of your body and help you more consciously control your mind, body and emotions to improve your wellbeing.

Psychic Development Circle

Psychic sensitivity or abilities are achievable by any person wishing to develop them.

The Psychic Development Circle provides an opportunity to develop and practise using your psychic abilities.

Sensitivity to psychic energy or information can be via our common sensory doorways, i.e. clairvoyance, clairaudience or as tactile sensations. Psychic information or energy can also be sensed via our uncommon sensory doorways; that is, clairsentience or direct knowing, channelling spirit (mediumship) or premonitions via waking visions or while dreaming.

These Psychic Development Circle sessions are suitable for people of all psychic abilities who are looking for a group to share and develop their psychic abilities and enjoy working with Spirit. Particular focus is placed on meditational practise to enhance sensitivity and practise activities to develop control, accuracy and clarity when working with Spirit and psychic spiritual energies.

One Day Intensive Psychic Development Workshop

The Intensive Psychic Development Workshops provides the keys to ongoing psychic development and personal growth. Using practical techniques, you will gain knowledge of personal psychic strengths and experience what psychic energy is and does. This workshop explores the subtle realms and states of spiritual existence to give you an opportunity to broaden your psychic and spiritual awareness.

Topics covered include:

  • working with Spirit Guides and developing deeper companionship with your spirit guides;
  • the wisdom path and insights into the states of subtle spirits and beings;
  • Psychic and Spiritual Defence and helping distressed spirits and beings;
  • raising your spiritual vibration and working with your doubts, fears and other negative energies; and,
  • the ethics and responsibilities of the attainments of psychic abilities.

The Intensive Psychic Development Workshop is a one day session and is suitable for people with psychic abilities and who have some familiarity with working with spirit guides.

The workshop includes a break for lunch. Tea, coffee and juice will be provided, however please bring your own lunch, which suits your own dietary requirements.
