Meditation is the practise of mind training for the purpose of achieving inner calm, concentration and tranquillity.

Guided Meditation uses visualization as a focusing tool to develop both concentrated awareness and tranquillity in the mind, body and emotions.

The practise of Meditation helps to develop mental resilience to mental, emotional and physical distress, that is to say, meditation helps you cope better with stress.

These Guided Meditation sessions are meant to facilitate your own development of inner peace. Aside from developing and practising inner calm, guided meditation can also increase awareness and control of the subtle energies of your body and help you more consciously control your mind, body and emotions to improve your wellbeing.

We offer three Meditation classes a week:

1) Tuesday Mornings, 9am -10.30am

2) Tuesday Evenings, 8pm - 9.30pm

3) Wednesday Evenings, 7pm-8.30pm

Cost: $20 per session
Where: Vajra Padma Bodhi Centre, Forest Hill, Victoria
